About the Author
Coming from humble beginnings and shaped by a life of faith, Trey grew up in poverty but was always guided by a deep and abiding trust in God. He accepted Christ at the age of six during a transformative Mourners’ Bench experience, and his relationship with God has remained the bedrock of his life ever since.
At eighteen, he began a six-year tour of duty in the Armed Forces. As a nontraditional student, he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University at thirty-one and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University (SMU) at thirty-three.
After completing his education, he built a successful 21-year career with a Fortune 500 company, eventually retiring as a Program/Project Manager. In retirement, he embraced his calling to write and pursue entrepreneurship.
A dedicated servant leader, he has taught Sunday School and regularly facilitates discussions in a weekly Men’s Ministry class. His faith is the heart of his journey, and he is passionate about inspiring others through the transformative power of God’s love.
